We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Cloudster and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Collect or harvest any information from our services using automated means
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

6. Payment Terms

If you purchase services from us, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. Specific service level commitments will be detailed in your service agreement. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance which may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cloudster and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cloudster regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Cloudster.
